​Dr. Adjoa Osei has experience conducting presentations and trainings to professionals, students, and community members on a range of topics including systemic racism, racial trauma, historical trauma, racial microaggressions, unconscious bias, cultural humility, and sexual and gender identities for people of African descent. As a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant (DE&I), she can assess the needs of your organization and provide specialized services to promote a more equitable and positive environment. With Dr. Osei’s speaking services, you can expect passionate, inspiring, creative dialogue that is sensitive to cultural needs and group dynamics.
